Insert that location into the search engine. Sunday (evening) might be a problem, normally city locations are not open from Saturday afternoon till Monday morning, but just try. Be sure you insert a pick up time at least one hour from now...!

When the website show results (cars) follow the instructions beneath:-

During the booking process once you have entered your search criteria, you will see car photos (results). At the top right hand side is a drop down filter, choose "SORT BY DISTANCE”. This will shuffle the available cars based upon nearest, with a small map. The specified distance above the map is the distance from the inserted desired location to the location of the nearest supplier. Click on the little map to expand and the exact address/location will be shown.

If NO cars are shown, an Airport will be the alternative (if nearby) or maybe the Central Train Station of Oslo.

Skovheim, no available cars shown for today. I made a search, I see cars are available at the Train Station for pick up this evening. Click on the link I have send to you to see available hire cars at Oslo Central Station

BTW: you can pick up sooner when you book for 19:00hrs....
